Wilm. man robbed of cellphone by gunman

Wilmington police are looking for the man robbed another man of his cellphone at gunpoint Monday afternoon.

It happened shortly before 3:30 p.m. at the 2900 block of N. Tatnall Street.

Police say the initial investigation shows an 18-year-old city man was walking on the block when he was approached by another man with a handgun.

The suspect demanded the victim's property and then fled after receiving a cellphone.

Police say the suspect is described as black, 5 feet 11 inches to 6 feet 1 inches tall with a thin build. He last seen wearing all dark colored clothing.
