Cape Henlopen recovered from a 2nd half Concord rally to defeat the Raiders on the road 67-49 Saturday afternoon.

Ryan Thornburg's back-to-back 3-pointers capped off a 10-0 half-ending run to put Cape ahead 34-21 at the break.

Concord worked their way back into the game on the heels of a 12-6 start to the ended half which ended on an offensive rebound and putback by Daquan Smallwood.

The Raiders had the game back to 45-41 just before the end of the 3rd quarter, but then the Vikings used their up-tempo offense for the decisive 14-3 run.

Tyreik Burton and Toney Floyd each led Cape with 16 points while keeping Wagner-recruit Joe Cooper (14 points) in check for Concord. Jo Jo Warren added 13 points and Thornburg had 9 for Cape, who improved to 7-5.

Sean Brady (13) and Smallwood (12) also reached double-figures for Concord (8-2) who lost their first game in-state this season.
