Bags of heroin found during Dover traffic stop
By Jamie Winder

Edward R. Hale
A Camden-Wyoming man has been arrested on drug charges.

Police say 30-year-old Edward R. Hale was driving on East Lebanon Road when he was pulled over for a traffic violation. When Hale stopped near South State Street, he allegedly threw something out of the passenger side window.

Police arrested Hale without a struggle and searched the car. Eight small bags stamped "ADIDAS" were reportedly found, and later police tests proved the white substance in the bags was heroin.

Hale was charged with tampering with physical evidence, possession with intent to deliver heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.

He is being held on 8,000 dollars cash bail.
