Delaware Tourism Director Linda Parkowski delivers the governor's weekly address.
Delaware's tourism director says the First State has plenty to offer when it comes to the great outdoors.

Filling in to deliver Gov. Markell's weekly address, Linda Parkowski says Delaware has a lot of natural beauty like its beaches and parks, especially in light of this latest Earth Day celebration.

"Those sites support a higher quality of life for our residents and attract people from across the country to visit us," Parkoski says. "They help support our robust tourism economy, which represents the fourth largest private employer in our state and generates hundreds of millions of dollars each year."
