By Mellany Armstrong

A man is in critical condition after a motorcycle crash in Bear.

State police say 38-year-old Trevis Dalton of New Castle was speeding and driving his motorcycle in an aggressive manner just after 9 p.m. on Pulaski Highway. They say he went through the intersection at Becks Woods Drive and hit the rear of a PT Cruiser driven by 40-year-old Tia Burton of Bear.

Dalton, who was not wearing a helmet, was thrown from the motorcycle. He is in critical condition at Christiana Hospital with multiple traumatic injuries.

Burton had minor injuries but declined treatment. Two 2-year-olds in the Cruiser weren't hurt.
