Cliff Lee says he's ready to reclaim his spot in Philadelphia's starting rotation after missing the past nine weeks with a strained left elbow. Lee was 4-4 with a 3.18 ERA in 10 starts before landing on the disabled list.
He'll start Monday against San Francisco, but it's less certain how long he'll remain with the team given his huge contract and the Phillies' position at the bottom of the National League East.
