Delaware and Maryland make a top 10 list for "laziest children."

According to the State Indicator Report on Physical Activity for 2014 compiled by the CDC and reported on TheStreet.com, certain states have a higher rate of children who don't participate in any physical activity on a daily basis.

Maryland comes in as the 10th laziest state for kids; the report says Maryland doesn't have a recess policy, physical activity for preschoolers, or guidance on policies for school districts on walking or biking to and from school.

Delaware made the list at No. 7; with nearly 20 percent reporting no physical activity.

Rounding out the Top 5 laziest children states were: Kentucky; Arkansas; Alabama; Mississippi and D.C.
