Del. gets $45M from BoA in mortgage settlement
Delaware is getting $45 million from a multi-billion dollar national settlement with Bank of America.
The $16.5 billion settlement is the latest effort to hold banks responsible for the scandal that sent the housing market tumbling in 2008.
Earlier this year, both JPMorgan Chase and Citigroup settled, sending more than $30 million to Delaware.
