Phillies Make Roster Adjustments
By Spencer Graves

n Following the loss to the New York Yankees in the World Series, Phillies GM Ruben Amaro Jr. has been busy.

Amaro Jr. was pleased with the season and is happy to welcome Charlie Manuel and his staff back for another season. Amaro Jr. also announced that late season acquisition, Cliff Lee will be back as the Phillies have picked up the club option.

In moves where people will stay, Amaro Jr. let Brett Myers know that he will not be back with the Phillies. Myers went 73-63 in his Phillies career but saw most of the 2009 season on the DL or on rehab assignments.
