More than four years after calling 911 to report his girlfriend's suicide, a man was indicted for her murder.

Frank Davenport said Holly Wilson shot herself in their Kirkwood Gardens home on January 16, 2010, according to police.

Wilson died as a result of a gunshot wound to the head, but investigators continued looking at the death, which they deemed "suspicious" from the outset.

The medical examiner eventually ruled Wilson's death a homicide, and Davenport was indicted on charges including first-degree murder, weapons offenses, and aggravated menacing.

He was held without bail.
