Markell nominates Bouchard to head Chancery Court

Governor Markell picks one of the top lawyer's in the country to lead Chancery Court.

If confirmed, Andre Bouchard would succeed Leo Strine, who was recently sworn in as Chief Justice of the Delaware Supreme Court.

Bouchard has 30 years practicing corporate law. He founded the firm he works for in 1996. He's got his law degree from Harvard.

The top attorney went to high school at Salesianum and now lives in Greenville.
