Authorities say two men have been charged after a brawl following an after-hours party at a Mexican restaurant in New Castle.

Officials say the fight broke out after Alcohol and Tobacco Enforcement agents arrived at Mi Cosina restaurant around 2:15 a.m. Sunday and found alcohol being sold and consumed outside permitted hours.

After patrons were told to leave, a large fight broke out. Officers had to use a stun gun on 36-year-old Humberto Lopez-Gonzalez, when he and 28-year-old David Reyes refused orders to stop fighting each other.

Lopez-Gonzalez was treated for injuries sustained in the fight and charged with offensive touching and disorderly conduct.

Reyes was charged with disorderly conduct.

Officials say administrative sanctions will also be taken against the restaurant's liquor license for allowing the after-hours event.
