A former Bank of America vice president was sentenced after pleading guilty to charges of attempted enticement and coercion of a minor.

"Mr. Simmons began to enter into negotiations with a person, who he thought was the father of a 13-year-old daughter, and the person that he thought was actually an undercover Delaware State Trooper," said Bill Walker, assistant special agent in charge of Homeland Security Investigations in Philadelphia.

Walker says this case proves that a pedophile could be anyone.

"Pedophiles really come from all walks of life and from all socioeconomic levels, and so we need to recognize that, " he said.
